Our moulds are maintained to the highest standards ensuring a mirror like gelcoat finish on all moulded parts.

Pictured at the top right (a) you can see a deck being trimmed while still in the mould and below the finished deck (b)

Photo (c) is the deck being lowered on to the hull with joining compound and below (d) is a hull that has been sprayed and is still in the mould ready to be split, picture (e) is the hull coming out of the mould and photo (f) is the hull suspended after the production mould has has been rolled away. click to enlargec
