Fibreglass Laminating

With over 30 years experience with fibre glass laminating equipment we have learned to treat our machines very well, all the components that make up your boat will be measured to maintain optimum strength integrity.

Photo(a) shows the scale equipment that measures the exact weight of material, photo (b) is the equipment used to mix the fibreglass and polyester resin together that provides the correct mixture for spraying fibreglass as shown in photo (c&d).

Our machine sprayed fibreglass is backed up with hand rolling as shown in photos (e) & (f) ensuring resin and glass are perfectly blended and an even layer is formed over the mould further enhancing the overall strength of the laminate.

All our Boats carry a one year full marine warranty and a five year hull structural warranty. This warranty is given to the initial retail Purchaser of the boat only and is not transferable.

All our boats are manufactured to NZ CPC Boat Building Standard.
